Question 1

What is WebTerra AI?

Accepted Answer

WebTerra AI brings dozens of AI models (Nano Banana, Kling, Veo, Flux, Seedance and more) into one interface. You create one account, top up one credit balance and use every model — no separate accounts on ten different platforms.

Question 2

How are you different from Higgsfield, Krea or Pollo AI?

Accepted Answer

All the top models for images, video, voice and music live in one workspace with a single credit balance. You pay by card in US dollars, the interface is available in English and Ukrainian, and support is on Telegram and email.

Question 3

Do I need accounts with OpenAI, Google or other providers?

Accepted Answer

No. Every generation runs through our infrastructure: you only use our website, and we work with the AI models directly through their APIs.

Question 4

What are credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits are the in-app currency. Each generation costs a set number of credits depending on the model. For example, FLUX.2 Pro costs 4 credits per 1024×1024 image and Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro costs 59 credits per 5-second clip. You see the price before you start, and paid plans make it 5–15% lower.

Question 5

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Plan credits arrive every 30 days and stay on your balance even after the plan ends — just like credits bought separately. When a plan ends, only the generation discount goes away.

Question 6

How many credits do I get when I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Every new user gets 60 bonus credits. That is enough for 15 images in FLUX.2 Pro or 10 in Seedream 4.5. Until your first payment a trial mode applies: the starter credits work in budget models and videos are up to 5 seconds. The gift lasts 48 hours, after which any unused balance expires. After any payment there are no limits.

Question 7

Which payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars on the English site and in hryvnias on the Ukrainian one.

Question 8

Is payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We never receive or store your card details — the payment goes through the secure page of the WayForPay payment service, which complies with PCI DSS.

Question 9

Is there auto-renewal?

Accepted Answer

No. A plan is paid once for 1, 6 or 12 months up front and never renews by itself.

Question 10

Who owns the generated content?

Accepted Answer

You do. You can use what you create for personal purposes, post it on social media and publish it on websites. The terms of use are set out in the user agreement.

Question 11

Can I use the results commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Ultra plan includes a commercial license. Note that you are responsible for making sure the generated content does not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, other people’s characters and so on).

Question 12

Where are my generations stored?

Accepted Answer

On our servers, in your personal gallery. Only you have access. Files are kept for as long as your account is active and are deleted within 30 days after the account is deleted.

Question 13

How long does a generation take?

Accepted Answer

Images take 5–15 seconds. Videos take 1–5 minutes depending on the model and length. Audio and music take 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Under heavy load there may be a queue.

Question 14

What if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

If it fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits are refunded automatically. If you just don’t like the result, try refining the prompt or switching models. Tip: the generation page has an “Improve with AI” button that helps you write better prompts.

Question 15

Is there an API for my own projects?

Accepted Answer

No, the service works only through your account on the website. All models are available in the browser, including on mobile; programmatic access with an API key is not offered.
