Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the WebTerra AI service available at webterra-ai.com (the “Service”) and any person using the Service (the “User”).

1.2. These Terms are a public offer. Signing up, paying for or otherwise using the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not agree with any provision, they must stop using the Service.

2. Subject matter

The Service gives the User access to features for generating images, video, audio and other media using artificial intelligence technologies (“AI models”).

Access is provided under a plan prepaid for a fixed term or through one-time purchases of internal credits.

3. Registration and account

3.1. Using the Service requires registration. The User provides a valid email address and undertakes to keep their password secret.

3.2. The User is fully responsible for all actions taken from their account.

3.3. Registration is available to persons aged 18 or older, or to minors with the consent of their legal guardians.

3.4. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses is prohibited.

4. Credits and payment

4.1. Credits are the Service’s internal unit of account. The price of a credit depends on the chosen plan.

4.2. Prices are listed on the Pricing page: in Ukrainian hryvnias (₴) on the Ukrainian version of the site and in US dollars ($) on the English version. Payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via the WayForPay payment service. Card details are processed by WayForPay and are never shared with the Service. The card issuer may charge its own fees, including currency conversion fees.

4.3. A plan is paid once for 1, 6 or 12 months; a month is 30 calendar days. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charges. Plan credits are added in installments: the first one right after payment, the next ones every 30 days of the paid term. Credits already added never expire and stay on the balance after the term ends; when the term ends, only the plan’s generation discount stops.

4.3.1. While a plan paid for 6 or 12 months is active, it cannot be switched to a different plan; the same plan can be extended at any time.

4.4. Credits purchased one-time (top-ups) do not expire.

4.5. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to third parties or refunded, except as described in the Refund Policy.

4.6. Bonus credits (for example, for signing up) may be cancelled if these Terms are violated.

4.7. Gift credits granted at sign-up are valid for 48 hours from registration; any unused gift balance is cancelled after that. Gift credits are spent first. Credits received via a promo code, purchased or added under a plan are not subject to this rule. If the User makes a payment before the gift expires, the gift credits are kept.

4.8. A User who has not made any payments may be offered a time-limited discount on their first purchase after the gift expires or is used up. The discount amount, eligible products and validity period are shown in the User’s dashboard.

5. Use of generated results

5.1. All materials created by the User through the Service belong to the User to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.2. The Service reserves the right to use anonymized generation results to improve quality, showcase the platform’s capabilities and for marketing purposes.

5.3. The User is solely responsible for any commercial use of generated materials and for respecting the rights of third parties.

5.4. Showcase gallery. The User may, at their own choice, mark a material in their dashboard as “Show in gallery”. By doing so, the User grants the Service a free, non-exclusive license to reproduce and make the material publicly available on webterra-ai.com (the “Gallery” page and the home page) and on the Service’s official social media accounts — worldwide, for as long as the material remains marked for display. The material is shown without the User’s name or email address, with the name of the AI model; the prompt text is shown only if the User allowed it. Materials are published after review; the Service may refuse publication or remove a material without giving reasons.

5.4.1. The User may unmark or delete the material at any time — it disappears from the site immediately, and no new social media posts are made after that. By marking a material, the User confirms that they are entitled to dispose of it, that it complies with the Content Rules and that it contains no personal data of third parties, including images of real people without their consent.

6. Prohibited content and actions

The Service must not be used to create materials that:

• contain sexual material involving minors
• contain pornography, explicit sexual scenes or nudity
• depict realistic violence, cruelty or self-harm
• promote violence, terrorism, extremism or discrimination
• contain instructions for making weapons, explosives or drugs
• infringe third-party copyrights
• contain misleading information about real people (deepfakes without consent)
• humiliate, insult or defame real people, including altered images of private individuals without their consent
• violate the laws of Ukraine or of the User’s country of residence

The detailed list of prohibited topics and how violations are counted is set out in the Content Rules, which form part of these Terms. Requests rejected by the Service’s or the models’ filters may be counted as violations. An account is blocked automatically after repeated violations, as well as after a series of requests rejected by models within a short time (trying wordings to bypass filters); the thresholds are listed in the Content Rules. The Service may also block an account manually.

A violation results in account blocking without a refund of credits.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for temporary outages of AI model providers.

7.2. The Service is not responsible for the content, accuracy or legality of materials generated by the User.

7.3. The Service’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Service may change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.

9. Final provisions

9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in the manner established by the laws of Ukraine.

9.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. For Users in other countries, this does not limit the rights granted to them by the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
